Industrial bar questions?

ok so iv had my piercing for a lil of 4 months. im curious as to if i can take it out for just a min or two. i am a slow healer so im worried that it might not be done heeling . well i know its not done it take about 9 moths to heal so would i be able to remove it for about 2 mins ?
