Should the Bears trade Cutler to Minnesota?

It would be a smart trade because the Bears would rid themselves of a crappy QB and guarantee that Minnesota would not contend for the next 5-10 years. On the other hand, the team refuses to fire the monumentally incompetent Lovie Smith so maybe the owner is too stupid to make a smart move. What do you think?
