Do you think this is a scam?

HELL YES. Even if you thought lets see how far I can take this I bet you get ped between 2-3 different people/bogus organisations where abruptly you are told the money will be sent to you but you just need to pay $2k in processing fees or courier fees. Also try not to reply to them because they will keep sending you different scam emails a couple of times a year. These scams continue to operate because it feeds into one of the deadly sins "Greed" just like Burger King feeds into one of the other deadly sins "Gluttony"
