!!!!!!!!!PSP ChickHEN hacking problem!!!!!!!!!!!!?

I have a PSP-1003. I have watched about 10 videos on yotube on how to hack your psp using ChickHEN. I know they all say it might take a while when you open up (in my case) the phat folder, but i have done it about 20-30times, and it still wont work. Any help on how to get it to work?
