Common cold or something else [please help]?

Ok so, on friday I started coughing a lot in school during the middle of the day. I ignored it but then yesterday I got the worst headache and cough. Today I still have a headache, cough, and runny nose. I feel ackey and can barely move. I just got out of the shower and my temp. was 101.4. The highest it went to was 101.9 last night. I took NyQuil the past two nights and it didn't seem to help. I'm 15 and I don't smoke or anything I have a good imune system and don't get sick a lot but the swine flu is going around the town where I live. My mom won't take me to a doctor she thinks it's just a common cold or allergies and the doctors can't do anything about it. So, I'm left here to suffer with a mive headache. I just want to know what you people think I have. Thanks. :)
