Pond fish docile and not eating?

my pond fish at the moment are not really feeding this year, i have a mixture of koi, shubunkins and golden orfes. i have done a water test for nitrite,nitrate,ammonia,etc and they are all in v/good condition but fish are not eating, caught one of the golden orfes which is about 14-16 inches and it felt kind of scrawny for the want of a better word unlike the other fish which had a bit of body to them, any help appreciated.
