Do any Judges,prosecutors,law makers,elected officials read the opinions of the American?

American citizens on this forum? It is overwhelmingly obvious the American opinion of being in favor of the decriminalization or legalization of marijuana is there. Over the past several months over 81% of respondents feel that the goverment has overstepped the personal freedoms of the voting American citizen regarding this topic.Is there anyone of influence have the fortitude and foresight to listen to their constituants? Will the USA go down in history as one of the most oppresive democratic societies? Or is there a national heroe of influence willing to go down in history and folklore as the one that made America truly the land of the free and the home of the brave?
