Deleted information on Internet?

I am doing a scholarship online on a web page. I accidentally exited out of the page. But i realize all the information got saved because when i type in certain sections, dropouts certain boxes have my answers in them. There is a essay section but no dropout. Is there anyway to get the essays through cookies or temporary internet files?
