Am I over thinking this??? Lol Please help!!!!! :)?

So I am 18 and in college and I am friends with this guy on facebook. Well he had a status saying that he was coming to the town my college was in and wanted to know if anyone wanted to hang out. I replied and said I would (I haven't seen him since 8th grade and I'm now a freshman in college). Well he acted surprised and happy that I replied and said it'd be great to see me since it's been so long...he had a MAJOR crush on me in 8th grade btw. He's in the Army and looks a lot different and ier/confident then he used to, and to be honest, guys in uniform always fluster me. :) Sooo is this a date??? Or is it more just old friends catching up? Should I dress up nice or just wear jeans and a shirt?? GAHHHH why am I sooo nervous!?! :) Thanks a lot!!
