I need to make sure my CD/DVD drive is a DVD burner, and need help burning DVD.... PLEASE help!!!!?

First of all yes you do have a dvd burner. I did a google search and it looks like a lot of other people are having the same problems you are. My suggestion would be to upgrade the firmware (www.samsungodd.com.) If it still doesn't work IM me (soccerdude502003) and I will be glad to help you further.
