What type of medical career is right for me?

I want to go into a medical career. I'm a junior in HS right now. I was thinking either pediatrician or optometrist or psychiatrist. Are they extremely impossible? I really am looking for a job that pays 80K and up. Is there anything like a lab technican or social worker or psychologist that maybe would be better? I'm pretty good in science and math, i dont struggle but i dont excel out the window. If anyone in these fields could offer advice or suggest a career thats right for me i'd appreciate it!
