PS3 game filling up space because it says to?

i already have ratchet and clank future, mercenaries 2, resistance fall of man and fallout 3. I want to get 2 more games based on single player. and ive narrowed it down to 4 choices; Resistance 2, bioshock, Farcry 2 and Killzone 2. Help please
