I j ust had my second random nosebleed this week?

there can be several reasons. The most common is due to a cold or dry membranes, often caused by dry heat during the cold months. Of course, there are several medical reason as well. If they last for more then 30 minutes and/or soak a face towel you should head for the ER then follow up with your doctor. Do not be satisfied with the dry membrane diagnoses, insist on blood work to rule out other conditions. Myself and my three daughters have blood disorders whose first sign was nose bleeds and all misdiagnosed with dry membranes. If they are less then 30 minutes long but occur several times a week, again, see your doctor.
