I am a paraplegic. Lately i have been having dificulty inserting my intermittent catheter.?

It goes in fine until it reaches the muscle at the bledder then it stops & i have trouble from there. I have tried the usual coughing techniques but its not helping. I take ditropan twice daily. Any suggestions?
