Why do you report?

Sounds like someone is out to get you. It could be one person out to try to make your life hell. I've never been reported. The only time I report people is when they say something insulting to another member (like calling them a piece of trash for no reason) or suggest that someone do something illegal, or physically harm themselves. But it really, really has to be over the top and offensive.
