Lmgrd license manager has encountered a problem and needs to close?

I’m trying to run lmgrd license manager for AutoCAD 2007 and when ever I start my computer I get that error message. I have to start it manually in order to use the program and it is quite annoying. I have tried setting up exemptions in the firewall as well as configuring both udp and tcp ports nothing seems to work. I have also tried re=install to no prevail .I'm using windows xp service pack 2 and done all virus checks identified all processes they all seem to be fine
