Do all criminal acts get expunged from your record when you turn 18?

WRG I took it to mean that them not showing up were the morons, not the Courts. Anyway not sure about Canada but in the U.S. it is sealed. Expunged would mean it was removed from your record, a sealed case means it is still there and the Courts can unseal it.
